Annual General Meeting

The AGM is currently scheduled for November 2010, more details to come.

 

Below is the information from 2009 for reference:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Brea Jr High School (snack shack area). The AGM will run from 10:30 PM to 3:00 PM. You may stop by and vote for your 2010 board of directors between 10:30 PM and 2:30 PM. Corporate business will be conducted from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM. All members will need to present a valid ID in order to vote at the AGM.

The AGM meeting will provide our members with an opportunity to update Brea Soccer Association’s By-Laws and elect our 2009 Board of Directors. We encourage all of our members to consider how they can become an active member of our organization.

Included below are links to the current By-Laws and By-Law amendment form. The By-Law amendment form must be completed by October 23, 2009 in order to be voted on at our AGM meeting.

If you wish to run for the 2010 Board of Directors the form (link to website) below must be completed and submitted to Brea Soccer Association at PO Box 573, Brea CA 92822 by October 23, 2009. You can also complete the Nominee Profile from that will be used to let people know who is running for office.

The AGM meeting will provide our members with an opportunity to update Brea Soccer Association’s By-Laws and elect our 2010 Board of Directors. We encourage all of our members to consider how they can become an active member of our organization.
