The BSA Ballfarm Soccer League is focused on player development.  Because of this we have organized the league with the following rules:

• U5 & U6 will play 3v3 or 4v4 on a 25 x 35 yard field to goals with a size 3 ball
• U8 & U10 will play 4v4 + GK on a 30 x 50 field to goals with a size 4 ball
  • In addition to end & sidelines there will be a midline and a goal box
• There will never be more than one substitute per team
  • (some U6 or U8 may be moved up to the older division)
  • U6 will play four 8 minute periods = 32 minutes
  • U8 & U10 will play four 10 minute periods = 40 minutes
• Jerseys
  • Numbered & colored vests will be used as uniforms for these players.
• Rules, U5 & U6
  • All restarts to be taken at point ball left the field, player may dribble or kick to restart
  • No goalkeepers, players may stand in front of the goal but may not use their hands or arms.
  • After goal is scored there will be a kickoff at center line
• Rules, U8, U10
  • All restarts to be taken at point ball left the field via throw in
  • Goalkeepers may use hands within the GK box only.
  • No punting, GK may throw ball or put it down to kick
• Individual stats will be kept – team win/loss and individual goals scored. This info will be used to balance teams each week; it will not be published or released anywhere.
