3. Penalty Kick Rules
- Each team selects 5 players (may include goalkeeper).
- Teams alternate shots.
- If tied after 5 → one-for-one sudden death.
- All players must shoot before any player takes a second shot (if it continues).
4. Build-Out Line Rules
- Used to enforce offside and goalkeeper possession.
- Opponents must drop behind the build-out line for goal kicks or when GK has the ball.
- Goalkeeper must release the ball by throw, roll, or pass — no punting or drop-kicks.
5. Substitutions
- Unlimited, at any stoppage with referee approval.
- Every player should play at least 50% of match time when roster size allows.
